This research is also examined indirect refoulment of refugees, illegal vvorking, smuggling and human traffıcking which are the possible consequences of the preventing refugees from working.
The result of this study is that the enhancement of the enforcement systems of international instruments and responsibility sharing betvveen states are the most effective ways to protect refugees' right to work. States should share the burden in order to provide equality betvveen states and an effective protection. Furthermore, refugees vvho do not have citizenships of their hoşt states should be able to apply an international human rights court. A proposal for establishing a World Court of Human Rights vvhich can have a deterrence impact on states' practices isuated in this study.
